I am a 34-year-old first-time home buyer in the Massachusetts area. As a child I grew up in a suburban town north of the city, moving to the heart of Boston in my 20’s where I lived in the North End and the Seaport. Family is at the center of my life. I balance a rewarding career with time spent enjoying reading, cooking, traveling, and being with loved ones. I have three dogs that are essentially my children. When I am not at work I spend time with them, taking them on adventures.
Why did you decide to buy a home?
I wanted a place that truly felt like mine – somewhere to put down roots, build stability, and create a space that reflects my personality and lifestyle. Owning a home was about investing in my future and having the freedom to make it my own. Another main driver was to have a backyard for my dogs to run around and play!
